Warranty

  • All machines are backed by a 1 year Warranty.


Parts & Support

  • Call us for support, and parts. 
  • Parts delivered within 4 days or less; if need custom fabrication, need on average 4 more days.


Training & Setup

  • To get setup and familiar with your machine, we have a collection of training videos you can watch on our Support Page.
  • You can also call us for questions or advice on your setup, materials, machine, etc for maximum operational efficiency.


Order Cancellations & Returns

Unless otherwise stated, all Equipment is built-to-order, meaning production commences upon receipt and acceptance of a Customer’s purchase order. Due to the made-to-order nature of built-to-order Equipment, returns are subject to the following conditions set forth in our Cancellations & Returns Policies.

Returns

At VYKIN, we are committed to customer service and making our customers confident when purchasing our machines. Call us for any assistance with your machines, that’s what we’re here for! Once a machine is delivered to you, this machine is no longer eligible for return, refund or exchange except in the case of a warranty claim.   • Due to the made-to-order nature of built-to-order Equipment, returns are generally not accepted; VYKIN may, in its sole discretion, authorize a return of Equipment in exceptional circumstances, such as a manufacturing defect that cannot be remedied by replacement of parts. Please see full return terms here.


Shipping

  • Please call us for shipping times and machines in stock; and current lead times.
  • Assembly time for most machines that are in stock is 1-2 days and ready to be shipped out in that time. Estimate shipping time is 4-7 business days.
  • If our estimated shipping cost is over the quoted amount, we will send you a check for the difference.


General

If we cannot troubleshoot through video/calls, we will visit on site.

All high wear parts are shipped from our equipment yard in Raleigh, NC.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Once a machine is delivered to you, this machine is no longer eligible for return, refund or exchange except in the case of a warranty claim.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 525 RTE 73 N STE 104, MARLTON, NJ, 08053.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
